Returns & Exchanges

A return request must be made within 7 business days of receiving your order. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Duo will be happy to provide you with an exchange when goods:

  • Are in new condition, unused and in there original packaging.
  • Are returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. 
  • The original proof of purchase is provided

Email Sales@duo.com.au to obtain a (RN) return/exchange number.

Once your return/exchange has been approved, you will receive a RN number. 

REFUND POLICY

Duo will be happy to provide you with a refund when goods:

  • Are faulty (upon purchase).
  • Have been inaccurately described. 
  • Are different to the product that was ordered.

PLEASE RETAIN YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE AS PROOF OF PURCHASE.

Email sales@duo.com.au to obtain a (RN) return/refund number.

Once your return/refund has been approved, you will receive a RN number. 

Once your refund approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days.

EXCLUSIONS

Duo cannot offer an exchange for sales item.

    Duo do not give refund if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision.

    Duo do not give refund for allergic reaction.

    Duo do not give refund on Gift Voucher.

    Duo cannot offer a refund for missing incoming delivery.

    Duo cannot accept returns online through our retail stores and likewise an item cannot be returned online after being purchased at one of our retail stores.

    SHIPPING

    Return shipping must be prepaid and we recommend a track able shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

    Duo take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.

    Return shipping charges are not refundable.
