NATIONWIDE SHIPPING POLICY

 

We offer nationwide shipping within Australia. We partner with Australian Post* to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and secure manner. We provide tracking for all orders, allowing you to stay informed on your order status and expected delivery date.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and purchase (Von Treskow orders have a different estimated delivery time frame). 

Estimated Delivery within Australia

All Orders (except Von Treskow)

• VIC/NSW/QLD: Estimated Standard Shipping: Delivery within5-7  business days

• NT/WA/SA/TAS: EstimatedStandard Shipping: Delivery within7-10 business days

National delivery costs

• Free standard shipping for orders over $120 within Australia

• All orders below $120 will incur a $13 delivery cost 

*Australian Post is experiencing delays due to increased parcel volumes from online shopping. Consequently, delivery times within Australia may be longer than estimated. If there is no one to receive your delivery, a card will be left advising where the item can be collected, usually your nominated post office.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY 

 

We also offer worldwide shipping to all countries. We use International Post Registered with Australia Post to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and secure manner. We provide tracking for all orders, allowing you to stay informed on your order status and expected delivery date.

Delivery times may vary based on your location. 

Estimated International Delivery

• Estimated International deliveries will take 7-21 days.All International purchases are exempt from Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs and duties fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by customs clearance processes.

International delivery cost

• New Zealand: All packages will incur a $35 AUD cost. 

• All other international destinations: All packages will incur a $35 AUD cost.

 GST & TAXES

 

All purchases delivered in Australia will incur the standard GST tax rates. 

All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes.

Taxes and duties may be applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.

Customs duties and foreign taxes which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
